Our client, a family industrial group with a consolidated turnover of more than 250 million €. Our client has for generations been successfully active in the bakery industry, both industrial and artisanal, and is widely recognized in the Benelux as one of the leaders in the field of production and supply of flour, bakery and - improvers and intermediate goods and frozen foods. We are looking for immediate recruitment for a driven and experienced (m / f)


After intense training, one will become familiar with the expanded production and the specific market mechanisms of the world on the other bakery ingredients, you will quickly gain direct responsibility for the further commercial development of the allocated region. We are already have some interesting customers who work closely with our client, but the aim in these regions is to grow strongly.

Initially you will be focused on the market, prospecting at two levels:
The first focus is business acquisition of larger B to B customers in the baking industry. Secondly you will be seeking powerful wholesalers in order to distribute our products across the region. You will be targeting and qualifying your business opportunities which will eventually lead to a contractual partnership which then will remain in your account portfolio.
Preparing, organizing and developing new customized proposals will be part of your tasks.
70% or more of your time you will be travelling within your assigned region, but when the opportunity arises in a different continent, it is possible that your area will be partially extended.

You have experience in selling products to food professionals in the industry or distribution.
You have a strong commercial flair on both direct or indirect channels
You have a result driven approach
You're very passionate about the bakery sector in the broadest sense.
You have higher education or equivalent by experience which enables you to quickly and analytically look sharply at the market opportunities and stay alert to commercial trends of competitors.
A pro-active and creative attitude in this segment is a must.
Pragmatic organizational skills, multiple project handling do not scare you.
You can easily communicate with internal colleagues in marketing, exports, R & D and management.
Besides having a dynamic personality, you have the flexibility of being abroad over 50% of your time.
Given the nature of the function being trilingual (EN-FR- NL) is a must.
