Account Manager Central and South Europe

Our client, a family industrial group with a turnover of 35 million €. Our client is successfully active in the food industry and exports to 18 countries. We are looking for immediate recruitment of a driven and experienced (m / f) account manager.


After intense training, one will become familiar with the expanded production and the specific market mechanisms of "bake-off" products, you will quickly gain direct responsibility for the further commercial development of the allocated region. We are already have some interesting customers who work closely with our client, but the aim in these regions is to grow strongly.

Initially you will be focused on the market, prospecting at two levels:
The first focus is business acquisition of larger B to B customers in the baking industry. Secondly you will be seeking powerful wholesalers in order to distribute our products across the region. You will be targeting and qualifying your business opportunities which will eventually lead to a contractual partnership which then will remain in your account portfolio.
You will also be the point of contact for their current clients within the region.
Leads are also coming in via trade fairs.

Preparing, organizing and developing new customized proposals will be part of your tasks.
70% of your time you will be travelling within your assigned region, but when the opportunity arises in a different continent, it is possible that your area will be partially extended.
